Where can I buy my flight?

From us. We can arrange flights for you with any airline including scheduled, charter, economy and no frills. In addition we have a range of private charter aircraft available. If you cannot find the flight you want online, please e-mail us at info@chicibiza.com with details of where you want to fly from and when you would like to travel, then we will be pleased to find a flight that suits you.

If I have booked my flight independently and my accommodation through you, do I have to arrange my own transfers?

No, as long as you have your flight details we can provide you with a range of chauffeur services to and from the airport in our fleet of luxury cars as well as by private taxi. If you are travelling to Formentera we can organise a complete transfer service from airport pick-up, ferry transfer and pick up from the Port in Formentera to your accommodation. Also we can offer car hire that can be picked up at the airport. All car hire is organised through AVIS and Moto Luis - a local company offering more luxury cars and a reliable service. Taxis are also readily available outside the arrivals lounge, although in high season months there are long queues and waiting times.

If I do book a car, how will I find my accommodation?

If you are not a seasoned traveller in Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera and are not aware of where the property in which you are staying is located then please e-mail us for directions.

What time can I check in/out?

As in all holiday destinations, your room will be ready on your day of arrival at 3pm. However, certain hotels have stressed that if your room is ready earlier, it's all yours. Check out is at midday on your day of departure although we can request from your hotel a late check out, so you can keep your room on until you need to return to the airport.

What happens if I need to make an amendment to my booking?

Please refer to our booking conditions, but any amendments need to be e-mailed to our address and we will endeavour to help you in any way possible.

Once I have made my booking, how and when do I receive my booking confirmation?

Booking confirmations will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours.

What happens if I have an emergency while on holiday? Do you have an assistance line?

We are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Out of working hours there will be an emergency hotline that will always be manned. The phone number of the emergency hotline is +34 649 980 221.

Are bed linen and towels provided in my accommodation?

Bed Linen and towels are provided for use in your room. Some of the hotels will offer you a towel service for around the pool, but not all.

Do you have a babysitting service?

No - although if we know of a nanny or childminder, we can put you in touch with them - although accept no liability in doing this.
